Our electric buses run every 30 minutes during the set operating hours. We aim to accomodate our guests in the best way possible, yet it is impossible to predict how many guests would like to hop-on at any stop, hence hopping on is subject to availability

We operate regardless of weather conditions. Our buses are partially covered and comfortable in all weather conditions, yet we always advise to wear/bring along waterproof clothing just in case. In case of extreme weather conditions, we may cancel the rides on our discretion and we shall refund you in full.
No, there is no need to print your ticket, since digital tickets are sent to you by mail. Alternatively, in case you pay by POS, the printout should act as ticket. Our colleague will be at the starting point to assist you, check you ticket and provide you with a bracelet. The bracelet acts as proof of having a ticket. In the rare occasion that a member of the team asks for your ticket, you can simply present your digital ticket when boarding. We aim to make everything as convenient as possible.
Yes! Our electric buses are easily accessible, even for guests with limited mobility. Our buses are designed with comfortable boarding in mind, including space for those with mobility needs.
We start our day at 10 am from Jesenského 4 / 811 02, Bratislava and we finish the day at 5:30 pm, returning to the same spot in order to complete the last tour of the day. The last tour of the day starts at 4pm, so we kindly ask you to plan your day accordingly in order to hop on one of the last buses of the day.
